Senior Technician

As a Senior Technician, you are at the frontline of the company as you will be delivering field service to customers; you will also be ensuring that the equipment is of high quality standards.
You will be recognised for your innovative measures to improve the company’s processes and testing facilities.

Nature of the Work

You will be testing equipment to ensure that they meet quality standards. You will also be contributing to the company by providing field service to customers. You will be valued for your work in improving processes and testing facilities.

Working Conditions

The average weekly working hours in the Manufacturing sector is about 48.7 hours, with an average weekly overtime of 9.1 hours. Depending on the company, your work week could be 5-day, 5.5-day, or shift-based. Most employers provide between 14 and 21 days of annual leave. Annual leave allocated depends on the employers and the number of years of service.
